No. This case provides cooling, not freezing. Right after adding chilled ice packs, the interior may feel very cold — avoid direct contact between the pen and ice packs. For extra protection, you can wrap the pen in a tissue or cloth.

How many injection pens or vials fit inside? What else can I store in it?
Fits 2 injectable pens (Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro, insulin pens) or 2 small vials, plus alcohol swabs and spare needles in the mesh pocket. The 2 ice packs sit on each side of the main compartment.
